Order Processing Time: Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped out.

 U.S Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx with an average transit time of 7 - 15 business days.

 International Orders: Shipping times vary between 7 - 15 business days depending on the fulfillment center.

Shipping Delays: Please note that circumstances beyond our control such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, unforeseen delays may occur.

Tracking Information

 We provide tracking for every order. You will receive tracking details once your product has been shipped. For assistance with tracking your order, visit our website's track your order page.

Orders can be cancelled penalty-free within 24 hours of creation. To cancel, please email us at info@shopelaris.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

If you've entered an incorrect address, notify us immediately via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

 Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning a package.

In the event of damaged items, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We'll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
